Dawn took over my instruction after Maria moved on. I found her extremely helpful and professional. Coming from a sales background I rate any persons that I deal with quite critically but was very happy with the level of help and advise I received from her. My particular property was a challenge to say the least, but Dawn always forged ahead with determination and professionalism. She kept me informed of all viewings and offered valuable feedback. The result was a sale that went through in the end with no hitches or problems. Well done Dawn, I'm sure we will have dealings in the future
Comment on agent fees
Of course I would have preferred to have paid a little less as my property was such a low price and could have found another Estate Agent that charged less, but all in all understand that we all have to make a living.
