We decided to sell via Bradleys, as we were looking to buy a property that they were marketing. We hoped this would make the whole process simpler, which it definitely did. We went for the all inclusive package which was good value and again helped to keep things simple.
The team at Bradleys were really helpful on both fronts. Dave was very enthusiastic, we were assured by his confidence and knowledge of the market, overall leading to a quick sale of our property.
