This is by far the worst lettings agent I have ever encountered. I do not know where to start listing the problems that I have had with them but what I do know is that NO ONE should EVER rent with these people.

Their attitude is horrendous, they are rude, they couldn't care less about their tenants and they will ignore you as much as they possibly can.

From the moment I stepped into their office to sign the contract I knew they were going to be difficult. I was ignored for a good 10 minutes, the lady there was rude from the moment I stepped in to the office (to other people in there) and wanted to get me out as soon as possible.

Firstly the inventory appeared to be for a completely different house (there were STRUCTURAL differences in the inventory, how is that even possible?!) and there were items stated on there that were obviously missing. We sent numerous emails requesting things be done or changed and nothing was done. You have to go into their office to make sure something gets done and that's difficult when you work 9-5.

They will also hit you with as many charges as they possibly can, moving in, moving out, generally living there and there list of 'responsibilities' in the contract is next to nothing.

My ranting probably hasn't conveyed how absolutely terrible they are but trust me, DO NOT rent with these people.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Everything could have been done better. Take pride in your job. It's your job to look after your tenants and the properties that you're managing. Get rid of the attitude and start behaving professionally and COMMUNICATE with other people in your business.

We are very sorry you felt so unhappy with our service. We really do value our tenants and it’s a shame you felt our service didn't match your expectations. Our staff take pride in looking after everyone and being polite. Our office does get busy at some times of year but we attend to every enquiry in turn and we give each person the attention they need.

Any charges that have been incurred are all in your contract & you are fully made aware of when you agree to take a property from us. There are no hidden charges and the charges we make are no different from any other lettings agent (although the cost may vary). We are sorry that you didn't come to us direct with these issues. It would have helped us to understand your concerns and try to resolve or explain them. We always hope our tenants will feel they can come to us and address any problems they feel they have with us or the property.

Anyone reading this should ignore this review and refer to all the others, this is plainly written by one of their members of staff, NOPS have a poor reputation for a reason, and that is that they treat tenants like garbage. They rent properties belonging to one of the worst slum landlords operating in Oxford, a bumsplat by the name of Oliver Cohen who also calls himself the "Rent Guru" (look him up, he is a real piece of work).
