Terrible terrible Agents. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. The previous tenant came to the property i rent from Leaders to pick his letters and warned me about them. Terrible, greedy agents, they will not repair anything in the property and battle with you on your deposit. The worst agents i've dealt with so far.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I never received any sort of service from Leaders whatsoever. If they wanted to change my mind about them, then they should have provided me with at least a proper service as a tenant. Disrepair issues went un-resolved, I was never able to speak to anyone, emails were completely ignored and the staff lied on numerous occassions. I am also still awaiting the return of my deposit, so technically they are witholding money from me too.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Do something about the fees. Charging a tenant ‚£30 if they don't show up at an appointment is fine as long as you afford them the same courtesy. increase the 'check out charge' and don't charge a separate fee for the reference. Get back to people with a holding reply so people know that you aren't just ignoring them. Maybe just be a bit more considerate towards the tenants as well as the landlords.
