Dawn's excellent customer service, caseload management and expertise made the sale as smooth as it could be.
From the minute we offered on this address to the day we completed she was fabulous. Her communicative skills are excellent - she kept us informed every step of the way, always called when she said she would and was incredibily supportive throughout the sale (which was stressful for us as the address was tenanted and in poor condition). At every stage we were reassured to know 'Dawn is on the case'.
She is a true credit to the branch, your company and the profession in general. She was a pleasure to have contact with and if she had not been involved i doubt the sale would have progressed to completion which would have been devasting for us as this, whilst being a rough diamond, is our forever home.
We cannot thank her enough for her support and tireless effort and wanted you to know you have a great member of staff.
