I put in a offer on a house with Anne James over six weeks ago, and they still have not sent the notification of offer, which is a legal requirment. Also despite telling me that I would have weekly updates and be kept informed I have had to chase them constantly. Invariably when I phone the person dealing with the sale is out of the office, at dinner etc, etc, they then promise to phone back (they rarely do) its now gone on of for so long that that it looks like I have lost my sale because the buyer has got fed up of waiting. Very poor sles service and very poor communication.
