would very much like to rent a property from Ann James but it seems they discriminate against single mums . I have a very good credit history , i have in excess of £100,000 and am willing to pay up to 12 months rent in advance but they still say they will not deal with me . I am sure if the home owner knew they wouldn't be happy as the house in question is still vacant ! would just like to add that all other agents in the area are more than happy to rent me a home .
