We chose to sell our property through Wigwam despite another estate agent in the area trying to convince us that we would be able to sell quicker and for more money (we discovered from neighbours in the area that they had heard the same about the other agent and had been unsuccessful in finding a suitable vendor as they had overpriced the property and were very pushy)! The staff we dealt with at Wigwam were professional, friendly and honest and were always quick to respond to communication over the phone and via email. We accepted an offer after 10 days of our house being on the market and higher than we were expecting. A friend recommended Wigwam to us and I would not hesitate in recommending them to other sellers.
