1. Despite many repeated calls from me (renting a flat in this address) and my state agent representative central heating not repaired. We didn't have any heating for weeks during the winter and were told porkies re reasons for not repairing.
2. Lift is now not working nearly 3 weeks. I live on the 4th floor. Despite many repeated calls from me (renting a flat in this address) and my state agent representative the lift is still not repaired. I have a health problem that entails that I am not supposed to make any physical effort that increases my heart rate to include climbing up 4 floors up or down. I related that to the Factor but still nothing is done about it
3. Light went off in staircase and entrance 3 times in the last year. Each time it took the Factors days to send someone to fix the lights. Dangerous in the city centre!!
4. Fire alarm went off twice in the last year and continued for hours as the Factor not reachable at the weekend. Called the Fire Brigade on each occasion.
5. Have to fight to speak to property manageress. Mostly stopped by a receptionist who says to leave a message. or that as I am not a property owner I have no right calling them and that I should ask my letting agent to call them. However, when he calls they fob him off and as he says "I will believe it when it happens".
The worst possible company to deal with!!! I am in the process of writing a letter to property ombudsman as I have lost all trust in them.

Grant and Wilson put the 'shambles' in omnishambles. Communication is poor - anger-inducingly poor. They make mistakes then they say you are at fault. They lack common courtesy and have no concept of customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Deal with G&W at your peril....

Grant and Wilson have been the factors of our building for 4 years.
The service they provide is appalling and the contractors they get to carry out any work are completely incompetent.
They charge an expensive fee and do nothing to earn it. Avoid.
