After FIRING Peverel for 9 years of low standard and poor service in the property management of this 151 flat development at Ayr sea front,, we took on Grant & Wilson in 2010. From the outset a BIG MISTAKE.
No transparency and a very lacklustre customer service . They have had 5 different employees serve as our factor in the past 3 years. All nice folk, yet greatly lacking in experience and proficiency.
Blunder after blunder. delays caused to numerous repair & maintenance work by as much as over 2 years!
One site visit per 6 weeks is a joke. They keep a very low profile and rarely announce their visits.
dreadful and expensive charging- and at times for services and costings that have failed or really ought to have been charged to insurance providers.
The list goes on and on. I am a tradesman and see so many flaws in this agency. Irregular tendering practices.
DO NOT USE. They hide from blame. Quite clueless in so many areas of good property management.
