I leased a flat in 70 Fox street from Grant & Wilson. Within a week of moving in we had called the police 9 times due to heroin addicts breaking in to the building by simply pulling the close door with a little force. They would then go down to the basement take drugs go to the toilet and sleep, a lot of the time used needles were left behind and it would take months for anyone to be sent to clean it up. My wife became terrified to go the garage on her own. Any call to grant & Wilson was fobbed off and we were called liars several times and told that what was happening was impossible. No help was given. When the police went to there offices to urge them to change the entry system and door they were told they had no rite to be in there building. I stayed there for a year and a half until I was able to move. In this time I saw 2 cars that had been broken in to in the secure garage and a young child in the next building which shared the garage being pricked by a used needle and having to go through all manner of tests. I would advise anyone thinking of using grant and Wilson for any sort of business to think again. They were totally incompitent at there jobs and never helpful. There attitude on the phone at times disgusted me.
