My son took out a years let with this company ,the apartment was lovely and he had no problem with agency until he came to the end of his contract and gave notice to quit . The deposit that he payed has still not been given back to him he has complied with all part of his tenancy agreement ,made sure all bills are payed up to date and the flat was cleaner when he left than when he arrived .the manager is NEVER available to take his calls and on the rare occasion that he has managed to track him down my son has been fobbed off by him saying I will phone you back !!!!!! Which never happens , he has been out of the flat for a month on the 17 th of June and still no help or decent communications with the manager . Please NEVER use this agency all they try to do is rip you off . My son is now going to start legal action against them if he doesn't have any communication from them by Monday . Please please be aware off these crooks

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could and should have returned the deposit promptly, rather than holding on to it (all of it, not just the small percentage that was in dispute) for months. They are dishonest, incompetent and plain rude - the worst company it has been my misfortune to deal with for many years. Alex and Rasheed are particularly obnoxious.Attached Filesnbsp;
