Worst Lettings team to work with, no proper streamlined contact lines of communication, Have been facing an issue regarding reimbursement of deposit for 4+ months since moving out but the team members of the Lettings agency seem to be beating around the bush regarding the reimbursement process. Called, emailed and even raised a claim in DPS and yet no positive response/actions towards reimbursement.
