Hi, Thank you for your review, and for taken the time to leave us your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your time at Parliament Place did not live up to your expectations. To clarify, our secure parcel collection is based at Queensland Place, a building we manage very close by, this is signposted in Parliament Place. In terms of security, we have Facilities Managers on site twice per day, and 24 hour security monitoring by our security at Queensland Place nearby, so that any emergencies ...
