I rang the Glasgow office today to pay an outstanding fee and set up a monthly payment but I couldn't because the member of staff I spoke to was so rude. She (Melissa Wright) was cheeky and constantly spoke over me when I queried anything. She was defensive and when I asked her to please speak in a quieter voice as she was shouting, she roared: "I AM NOT SHOUTING." Appalling customer service. And that's only the start. Wait till you see the bills!! They've gone from £75 every quarter to over £300. Go figure...

Our development recently sacked Hacking and Paterson, after 16 years of shockingly bad service. We totally lost trust in them. They were caught not being open, transparent and being deliberately obstructive. Sacking a factor is actually quite easy, having been told it was not. We sacked them with 6 months. Unanimous votes to get rid. Now with Taylor & Martin - OMG!! Night and day. Fantastic service and value! ...

Horrendous company. No proper invoicing, random bills with no details of work carried out, can't set up direct debit, don't respond to queries unless you pester them. Billed us £200 when we sold our house even though account up to date. Couldn't give rationale for charges but ended up paying to avoid adverse credit rating. Need to be investigated, anyone have a direct line to Martin Lewis? ...

This company are crooked in the extreme. We had to endure a leaking roof for two years as they would not do anything about it, with the excuse 'they didn't have enough people who wanted it'. Everyone loves a leaking roof, right? The lights were out for years until the desperate neighbours put in a temporary measure, and they allowed one family to take electrical risks ( the trailing cable is still along the floor, attached to an untethered wobbly lamp in a communal area. The intercom door system ...
