The team have been really communicative and quick to fix issues for me. From the moment I first booked viewings with the Letting Game, Annabelle was flexible with timings and had answers to all my questions about the various properties I was seeing. She was also really supportive with helping me get my initial paperwork off once my application was supported, a great representative for the company. Natasha and Abbie were really on the ball with regards to getting me set up on GoodLord and starting my tenancy, sending me all the required info and explaining the next steps so that I never felt confused on in the dark about the processes. Their transparency and communication fostered trust and made me feel at ease. Once I had moved in there were no issues with the property, but any minor questions or concerns I had were very quickly solved by my Property Manager, Sheila. This ranged from her answering questions about the property and liaising directly with the Landlord for same-day answers, arranging for a locksmith to come out to help me with my mailbox within a few days, and even just general advice for getting settled in.
I am really pleased I made the move with The Letting Game, they have made this a great start to the year for me. It is the first time I've moved in to a place on my own and their support and quick actions have made me feel very in the loop and well looked after.
