As David at Fell Reynolds’ Folkestone branch was not happy that I asked him to chase up PCSO Tara Liam’s offer to visit him re: Lucinda Tandolph’s eviction for anti social behaviour & harrassment of me (she is my neighbour in the flat below me) at Marine Crescent, as I didn’t have time as I was calling the police myself regarding a death threat from a female associate of Tony Straw at Lidl, Folkestone on 3/5/22 & refusal of Folkestone police to offer me a panic alarm or said woman a restraining order after PC Sewell 15352 not only physically assaulted me causing actual bodily harm at Lidl but also gave my personal details to Tony Straw.

I gave David my notice as I could not live in such a dangerous & stressful environment anymore (I had, had to take a week off from my work in a primary school of compassionate leave as Lucinda Randolph banged on my ceiling from 11.30pm to 8.30am for 3 nights, knowing that my bedroom was directly above hers.

The following day I had a knock on the door from David’s colleague who said ‘I’m afraid you’re being evicted’

Er…no, I gave David my notice that I was moving out YESTERDAY! So I just closed my door.

Unbelievable…

Service charge too high. For a two-bed apartment, annual service is over 3,000. WTF? We have no reception desk, no gym, no cinema, just a normal block building. The only staffs I saw were gardeners cutting trees around. Cutting some trees costs 3,000 GBP per year? WTF? ...

You are so right...they are absolutely useless, as well as ignorant and uncaring. Like you we are not receiving service for the large amount of money we give them, and like you we have not received the invoices covering the service charges, despite asking 5 times, and despite being legally entitled to see them.And as you, we have received not one single reply to many letters, e mails and phone calls. Disgusting. ...
