I just can’t rate Country Properties in Hitchin highly enough.
From the outset they build an important ‘relationship’. They always answer the phone, always ring when they say they will, always follow up when they say they will.
So many other Estate Agents could learn from this office.
All of the staff we dealt with, even when we were frustrated and tetchy, where amazing, patient and professional.
Moving is such a stressful experience, even if one is lucky enough to have a simple, straightforward experience, but these guys really soften the blow. I must make a special mention to Rebecca Hedger, worth her weight in gold. Thank you for your commitment, diligence, and patience!!!
