I‘ve had the pleasure of working with a few lovely agents from Country Properties, Hitchin.
Tom Cliffe has been a fantastic help facilitating multiple repairs with my landlord. He has been super helpful researching solutions to issues, and working with my landlord to find suitable options. He makes property dealings so much less daunting! Keep up the good work :)
Significant thanks and praise to previous team member Alicia Whelan who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Alicia had a “nothing is too much trouble” approach, and would put my mind at ease when i was apprehensive about reporting issues. She went above and beyond to provide super friendly, understanding, and efficient customer support. She would also take the time to explain rationale behind decisions made by the landlord, and always negotiated the best mutual resolution for both me and my landlord.
She was a total asset to Country Properties, and I was very sad to have seen her go!
