Freshwater are less than useless and you can never get a straigh answer from anyone - I am still waiting for a reply to a letter sent 9 September 2012....that said they are very quick to harrass and bully you for excessive charges which I\'m not entirely sure are totally legit as they are summarized in a typed A4 sheet with no copies of receipts - all very dubious. They simply do not understand that basic maintenance is far cheaper than emergency remedial works to properties and our building is in a very sorry state. However someone sent me this link today which has cheered me up no end and speaks volumes about Freshwater http://www.eastbourneherald.co.uk/news/local-news/residents-overcharged-for-flats-maintenance-1-3632470 I will let you draw your own conclusions
What agent could do to change your mind?
totally alter their customer service and adopt a more professional, transparent and more ethical approach when dealing with leaseholders who effectively are the one\'s stumping up considerable fees to freshwater. Also take a pro-active approach to maintaining buildings rather than having to be asked to do something by residents who then have to endure lengthy delays to see if anything is done.....they are positively mickey mouse
