Hello, I represent a Residents Association whose members have also had awful experiences at the hands of Freshwater. The company has showed us complete contempt and disregard concerning our buildings upkeep, maintenance and safety. They are rude, unresponsive and extortionate. We are mounting a legal challenge and have sought consultation, they will try and bully us with their financial clout however if we band together, we can support each other in gathering evidence against them. If you are ...

We have been overcharged for at least 8 years - between 130,000 to 150,000 per year for service charge. Over 10 years we paid about £10,000 per year for a run down building on the North Circular road, (this is not Kensington or Chelsea). Examples : They put a new boiler,...

This terrible company fails at every point to manage their buildings; they overcharge for minimal "improvements" to the building, often try to charge residents for improvements on their own privately-owned flats by disguising them in the service charges, neglect ALL issues of health and safety, ...

We are currently going through the same nightmare of trying to extend our lease with Freshwater. If you really must go down this path make sure you use a solicitor who is a specialist in Lease Law and that is fully aware of Freshwater's reputation. They are the absolute pits to deal with. Beware of very over rated valuations from their surveyors, non-communication and downright obstruction! ...

totally alter their customer service and adopt a more professional, transparent and more ethical approach when dealing with leaseholders who effectively are the one's stumping up considerable fees to freshwater. Also take a pro-active approach to maintaining buildings rather than having to be asked to do something by residents who then have to endure lengthy delays to see if anything is done.....they are positively mickey mouse
