Possibly the rudest, most incompetent organisation i have to deal with in many a moon. my family have been waiting for over 3 months for essential repairs to be carried out on the property for which MWU are supposedly the agents: the property is insecure as the patio doors are broken and will not lock; the emersion heater has never been installed and we are often without hot water; 2 bedroom windows and 2 interior doors are broken and do not open, obviously a fire hazard; the master bedroom en suite toilet has been broken since we moved in last march; the garage door is broken and has gaping open for the previous 3 months; the oven has been broken for 3 months, christmas is what, 3 days away and still they have not managed to send anyone to fix it. how am i supposed to cook for my 3 children with no cooker? and nicola bryant, the agent supposedly acting as our agent lies to us and tells us that matters are in hand. we pay £750 pcm for this property and for what? this company are an absolute disgrace and their laughingly, shockingly inept performance is rightly reflected in their appalling rating. take my advice, only consider MWU in the event that all other agents in the universe are somehow struck down by an act of God; then buy the bricks and build your own home; even if you have never picked up a trowel, it would surely be a better option than to have dealings with these people.
