Having put our property to market and found our forever home in January 2020, no one could have prepared my husband and I for the rollercoaster ride we've been stuck on for the past 10 months in terms of the highs and lows we have experienced as a result of Covid-19 and additionally the incredible bad luck our property chain has had.

Since early October, I have experienced an unprecedented level of support from Tasha Clampin at Move With Us, representing her developer client, and that's when everything changed for us. For the first time, we felt that we had the best possible support at our disposal from a genuine, caring and friendly ally, who continues to pull out all stops to ensure the best possible outcome for her developer client and also for us as her client's purchasers.

Tasha is driven by her personal need to deliver excellence in everything she does. Second best does not seem to be an option and nothing is too much trouble for Tasha, once she has set her mind to achieving her end goal, whether that be obtaining information from a solicitor or a management company who is initially unresponsive or agreeing a key undertaking with her developer client against all odds.

Although we're not there yet, we believe that through Tasha's determined, professional and focused way of working, we have the best possible likelihood of getting to the stage our sale and purchase can exchange contracts and complete.
