Writing this review to warn others of this company. The seller has advertised a probate property through this asset management agency. They had advertised with Andrews and Townends agency. We viewed the property and really liked it and were told if we went in at the asking price we would get it. We went in at the asking as we loved the property, and the offer was accepted. We instructed the solicitor on the same and turned around a mortgage application within 24 hours. Only to find this company had advised the other agent to keep accepting offers and to keep viewings open. Even when it got to last and finals they were still promoting more viewings and offers, all of this after our offer was ACCEPTED. The company was diabolical to deal with, and was full of lies and deception from the get go. We were left in a terrible position where we had a mortgage (not just an AIP an actual mortgage!!) and no property. Needless to say, the property is still on the market now and we grateful to have dodged dealing with them and a greedy seller as I presume everyone else also have the same terrible experience as us. Avoid at all cost!
