From the get go Charlie was positive and upbeat. It was clear that he wanted our business and he thought of what would work for us. We were considering renting whilst still in lockdown and he suggested that we get the 3D photographs to make it easy for people to see the house. It means we also have what we need should we choose to sell the house. Then when it came to showing off the house he arranged for viewings all together on one morning at 20 min intervals which caused minimal disruption to our lives. It was those little touches that were thoughtful and made for a fantastic service. In addition although there were one or two small issues, the fact that he's always willing to do what he can even when the office is closed means that I am happy to overlook those. I would heartily recommend his services to others and already have. In fact he helped a friend of mine find a rental property when she had had no luck elsewhere. Charlie is one of those rare finds - the real deal who is always prepared to go the extra mile. I am so glad we found him.
