I have just had the misfortune of moving into a property in Huntingdon managed by Accent Property Management. On viewing the property I was told that it was to be decorated throughout with new flooring laid in the bedroom and lound. Fantastic I thought. That was until I moved in. The property was, if possible, dirtier than when I viewed it. To say it was filthy is an understatement. There were piles of rubbish left in the corners of the floor, bags of rubbish left in the kitchen, no running hot water (no water at all from the tap), the boiler then broke down, there is no out of hours emergency number to call so I was forced into renting a hotel room, there\'s a gap between the frame of the lounge window and the wall through which daylight is visible, there\'s exposed filthy, damp pipework in the kitchen, mould, cobwebs and dust covering all of the blinds, broken catches on the windows, a shower that doesn\'t work and to top it all off I found out the landlady actually works for Accent as a property manager. What a complete and utter joke. PLEASE STEER CLEAR. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HASSLE, MONEY AND HEARTACHE. DO NOT USE ACCENT!
