First class service as always. Used Dowen for a few years now and always deliver a great service used to deal with Mike on rentals until he retired then Bev took over but got to say she does the job just as great as Mike did 10 out of 10.

I have recently sold my house through dowen in Durham and also rented a property through them. I would highly recommend them as a great service was provided by manager John and sales negotiator Sally in selling my property. John agreed a very reasonable fee and Sally worked her socks off to help it go through despite some difficulties from the buyer.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Considering the amount of money we pay them to 'manage' the property i would have expected at least a call to let us know that our rental income is late, and also the rental money to be forwarded to us at the earliest opportunity rather then them just sitting on it for a week or 2.Attached Filesnbsp;
