We have found Kathleen, quick to respond to any issues raised by the tenants and they have been dealt with efficiently. We had one occasion when we would have preferred more feedback on how the situation was being dealt with, but found out afterwards it was in hand, but we just weren\'t being informed. On the whole we are very happy with the service we are receiving and feel able to raise any queries or concerns with her.
