Richard from Acorn is Catford valued and managed the sale of my flat. I had three agents come in initially and Richards local knowledge and eagerness to sell my stood out by far from the others. The sales process was a rocky one due to slow acting solicitors however if it weren't for Richard driving the sale and communicating everyday with all parties it would have fallen through. I'm very please with the service I receive and would happpily use them again.

I currently have a house on the market with Catford Acorn. It has been with them now for about a month, I've had no paperwork through, there is no board up and have had one viewing. While I acknowledge that there is a lot of work needed on my property, I was made an offer by this one viewer which was £35,000 below the asking price - apparently he is somebody who has been in the building trade and would like a project!
