I have rented from Acorn for 18 months and initially had a few teething problems and some of the office staff appeared to be a bit "offish", however I more recently have had to contact Acorn on a couple of occasions and had no problems at all. Kathleen has been always able to assist, pleasent and polite and always returns calls. Based just on Kathleens performance (Oh and the girls who have taken my calls too!) I feel that they have come on leaps and bounds and I am more than happy to reccomend them as a letting agent. Great service!
