Acorn seem to be the same as most agents. The quality of service is related to not only the competence of current staff and to the relationship between Landlord and Agent. I prefer to agree with any Agent to have a sole person responsible to act on my behalf and to act as liaison with myself. This system works well once both myself and the representative get to know each other. On the whole I prefer smaller Agencies as their livelihood is closer bound to working well with you and the tenants. Acorn do an okay job.
