Richard Greener's are very experienced and offer sound advice. A recent change of tenants went very smoothly and I would recommend them. I've used them for 13 years! My tenants like them too.

In my capacity as Associate Partner of Greener Rentals, I wish to confirm that the review by 'jim' is misleading and our checkout procedure is as follows. The checkin report approved by ingoing tenants is used as the basis for the checkout. Any discrepancies are detailed, photos taken and quotes obtained. The grass was in excess of 12" long and, if the carpets had been cleaned, there were still substantial spot marks and heavy soiling to various carpets. Cleanliness is not a 'wear and tear' ...
