I have several rental properties which are let through Greener Rentals, I have used this firm for 14 years during which time they have provided an excellent and professional service. My tenants have always been completely satisfied and in fact for some when their circumstances have changed, ie had a family they have used Greeners again to find them suitable rental accommodation. I have had no reservation in recommending them to other landlords especially if they are moving abroad as they provide a superb full management service at a reasonable cost.

In my capacity as Associate Partner of Greener Rentals, I wish to confirm that the review by 'jim' is misleading and our checkout procedure is as follows. The checkin report approved by ingoing tenants is used as the basis for the checkout. Any discrepancies are detailed, photos taken and quotes obtained. The grass was in excess of 12" long and, if the carpets had been cleaned, there were still substantial spot marks and heavy soiling to various carpets. Cleanliness is not a 'wear and tear' ...
