College & County have handled the letting of our house for the last 3 years and they have been brilliant. We live 60 miles away from Oxford, and letting through C&C has been effortless thanks to their thoroughness and efficiency, from finding good tenants, regular inspections and dealing with problems such as installing a new fridge when the old one died. They ensure that our house and garden is kept in excellent condition and both arrange, and supervise, any work that needs to be done. Any bills are paid out of the rent that they collect on our behalf and we receive a complete breakdown of costs, which can be arranged in date order each financial year for our accountant. They collect the rent, they deal with collecting and returning the deposits from the tenants, they deal with the energy suppliers and liaise with the council regarding Council Tax and HMO. They are always quick to reply to our emails, and always friendly and helpful if we pop into their office unannounced.
In short, they allow us to forget all about renting the house and just watch the rent roll in.
