An awful Leasehold management company, who are not able to send out leasehold agreements in the correct timeline with their own procedures, lack of support and empathy towards leasehold owners, unable to support or maintain shared drive way as part of lease, paying nearly £900 a year with no support or actual justification on the service they provide, every year I have letters sent in august demanding obscene amounts of money within 14 days, going against set agreements already in place with house builder and house owner. would never look to deal with watsons again. AVOID if you are a leaseholder as they do not care about the customer, only about lining thier pockets.

As soon as they have your money, they don't really care. Useless at resolving issues, don't even hold keys to all of their properties, lend them to builders/contractors and then require you to be at home in order to let them in for inspections/...

Hi Robert, I'm sorry to hear of the issue that you have, but I believe you have left this review against the wrong Agent? We are Watsons Letting Agents and are based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and we are a single office with no other branches. Very money focussed and do not treat tenants well once the contract is signed. Staff can be rude at times and communication is generally poor. I have dealt with much better letting and management agents than Watsons....

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
