Once you've moved in, they really don't care and never respond to any issues you have. We asked many times for a U-Bend under our kitchen sink which was not there when we moved in, so we just had a hole to the side of the sink which leaked in to cupboard below.... 3 years later, no fix.
An electrician told us that the lights in the bathroom were not suitable and dangerous, 6 months later.... Still no fix.
We alerted them about mould and damp.... nothing done to help from them.
The house was not fit for standard in the winter, far too cold.
They claim the house was "professionally" cleaned before you move in but thats clearly not the case.
The photos they took for our inventory before we moved in were taken 1 year before our move in date.
Even here, for every negative review they try to claim its for some company in Norwich, they don't take any responsibility. Youd think they'd want to learn and improve but no, they don't.
Worst in the town, stay away.... before they respond saying this is about a company in Norwich... it isn't, I'm reviewing watsons in Leighton Buzzard.

As soon as they have your money, they don't really care. Useless at resolving issues, don't even hold keys to all of their properties, lend them to builders/contractors and then require you to be at home in order to let them in for inspections/...

Hi Robert,
I'm sorry to hear of the issue that you have, but I believe you have left this review against the wrong Agent? We are Watsons Letting Agents and are based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and we are a single office with no other branches.
You may possibly live in the Norwich area, as I understand that there is another Agent with the same name in that area?

Very money focussed and do not treat tenants well once the contract is signed. Staff can be rude at times and communication is generally poor. I have dealt with much better letting and management agents than Watsons....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
