As soon as they have your money, they don't really care. Useless at resolving issues, don't even hold keys to all of their properties, lend them to builders/contractors and then require you to be at home in order to let them in for inspections/checks!
When you finish the tenancy, they will hit you with a big bill for cleaning despite the property being in the same if not better state than it was originally. Stay clear of this agency.

Afer bein with Watson's for 6 years I find them useless, all they interested is taking your money, I've had an on going issue since January 7th ad the flat below me had a shed explosion in which has burnt out my double glazed windows, and the guttering and fasia,after many many conversations regarding work to replace , they have got a so called company to do this work and after many conversations with them they blame Watson's and Watson's are blaming the contractor's, we are now on the 5th of August and still nothing done , but they are still sending bills , I have took advise on this matter and also put my flat up for sale on 2nd if January it's now 7 months I've been left like this which I've no chance of selling in this state , they the contractor's have sent me messages on numerous occasions saying that there coming I've even had to take annaual leave to be at my flat but on the day message me saying they are not coming, this is what Watson's do they go for cheapest contractor's, I'm in total frustration and it's really getting down ,

I'm sorry to hear of the issue that you have, but I believe you have left this review against the wrong Agent? We are Watsons Letting Agents and are based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and we are a single office with no other branches.
You may possibly live in the Norwich area, as I understand that there is another Agent with the same name in that area?

Very money focussed and do not treat tenants well once the contract is signed. Staff can be rude at times and communication is generally poor. I have dealt with much better letting and management agents than Watsons....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
