Used this company as their rates seemed reasonable but found that there were additional costs. They charged for a check in check out service and had the audacity to send me a check out report that contained the original check in photographs. When I pointed this out they blamed an \'external\' company. Asked for a refund and didnt receive it. Used the \'fully\' managed service and had the tenants phoning me because they were fed up waiting for T G Baynes to fix outstanding problems. Have since removed my properties from their books but they are still advertising one of the flats even though I have not instructed them to do so.
