This company are ignorant at best. I called them over a week ago and the secretary in the Orpington office assured me that someone would call me back. 3 days later I tried calling them at the Bexley office and no-one answered. Used this company as their rates seemed reasonable but found that there were additional costs. They charged for a check in check out service and had the audacity to send me a check out report that contained the original check in photographs. When I pointed this out they blamed an 'external'... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
