This company are ignorant at best. I called them over a week ago and the secretary in the Orpington office assured me that someone would call me back. 3 days later I tried calling them at the Bexley office and no-one answered. This company are ignorant at best. I called them over a week ago and the secretary in the Orpington office assured me that someone would call me back. 3 days later I tried calling them at the Bexley office and no-one answered. Clearly they need to sort their act out, either they are totally disfunctional or they are too busy to care. I am now very satisfied with one of their competitors who are what TG Baynes isn't....responsive, prompt and courteuous

Used this company as their rates seemed reasonable but found that there were additional costs. They charged for a check in check out service and had the audacity to send me a check out report that contained the original check in photographs. When I pointed this out they blamed an 'external'... Used this company as their rates seemed reasonable but found that there were additional costs. They charged for a check in check out service and had the audacity to send me a check out report that contained the original check in photographs. When I pointed this out they blamed an 'external' company. Asked for a refund and didnt receive it. Used the 'fully' managed service and had the tenants phoning me because they were fed up waiting for T G Baynes to fix outstanding problems. Have since removed my properties from their books but they are still advertising one of the flats even though I have not instructed them to do so.

I am really not a prospective customer of TG Baynes, and wouldn't consider using them, as recently I looked out of my window and saw in amazement that a FOR SALE board had been erected alongside my house! I rang their New Eltham office and received no apology that the board had been erected in error. Just a comment, oh, it was meant for next door. They had no idea when the board would be removed, saying they had no control over the boardmen!?
Apparently, these people could not read properly? No. 52 must be wondering what has happened to the FOR SALE board that they will have to pay for?
I did not want the board there indefinitely - it would no doubt have attracted unwanted callers - therefore I had to dismantle the thing myself. After, four days the board still has not been collected! This has caused me much inconvenience, and TG BAYNES apparently do not care.
Future customers beware of this company, they seem very uncaring, and some of them can't even read!!
