This company are ignorant at best. I called them over a week ago and the secretary in the Orpington office assured me that someone would call me back. 3 days later I tried calling them at the Bexley office and no-one answered. Please do not use these Landlords as They hire incredibly very rude staff who simply do not care about the tenant! Used this company as their rates seemed reasonable but found that there were additional costs. They charged for a check in check out service and had the audacity to send me a check out report that contained the original check in photographs. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
