Ross (agent) and his daddy are like Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.. if they were both the baddy. Landlord was also quite insidious.

In short, very creepy gentlemen with a complete disregard for tenants and their well-being. Took months and over 10 emails to siphon a response from them w.r.t to desperately needed repairs.

Obi-Wan Kenobi said it best: "only a Sith deals in absolutes"

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have responded to phonecalls and letters promptly and addressed our issues rather than ignoring them.

I completely agree with the above comment. We moved in to our current flat a year ago and requested our windows be replaced as they leak water constantly and don't fit properly in the sills making it very cold in winter. We have to have a bucket under them at all times - not a good look! Again we have contacted the letting agents REPEATEDLY about this through email and phone calls and have even told environmental health about it but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. It would actually be funny how bad they ...
