Do your best to never use this law firm, I have used other law firms before for conveyancing services and none have came close to how abysmal this company was.
• The whole ordeal of selling and purchasing became an absolute shambles.
• They took far longer than initially estimated, and I know for a fact this was because of their lack of organsition and communication skills.
• My wife had to not only relay most of the communications to and from different parties, but also had to find and organize a lot of the paperwork required to complete the purchase and sales.
• THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES, costs doubled from the initial estimation, including costs that were described as fixed, and we were over charged by more than £500, which we had to argue wasn't relevant for us to pay on the day of us moving.

We were also given just hours of notice that we would need to vacate our property, and were left not just out of pocket, but emotionally distraught and unimaginably stressed.

Do not use this firm, I would not want anyone else to go through what we went through.
