I had heard of William Charles through a friend who had rented her property out via them. I have always been sceptical of independent agents so at first I was a bit weary...
I had nothing to be weary about, everyone in the office was wonderful when I came in, so polite and professional. Nothing was too much bother. We had a bit of trouble with solicitors towards the end of the sale so emotions were most certainly heightened but that didn't make the team any less accommodating and helpful. Keep up the good work William Charles!
