Evidently one in ten brits think Estate agents are pointless. When dealing with a lot of agents, you can see why, but William Charles are different.
Gary, Ian, Charlie and the team are amazing. I had a particularly stressful purchase and a particularly frustrating seller to deal with. The team kept us sane. They were on hand in working hours and outside. Gary even responded from his annual leave. They helped calm down situations before they became out of control.
The transaction was on an off more times than I can count, but the guys were on the ball, and made every effort to be ahead of the game. The team were invaluable and I would not hesitate to recommend them. No-one can turn a nightmare into a dream, but they did all they could to reduce sleepless nights. Give these guys the opportunity to work with you - they’ll do you proud.
