I have been using the letting services of William Charles for almost 5 years and have always been impressed with the excellent customer service they have provided. I receive timely reminders and tenancy agreements are professionally prepared and signed following liaison with tenants on my behalf. Queries are always dealt with speedily and in a professional but friendly manner, nothing is too much trouble for Carlos, who has been my main point of contact, although in his absence I have been updated by other members of the team, so am never waiting on a reply. I would not hesitate to recommend William Charles to family and friends and will certainly continue to use them myself.
