Terrible, terrible agency. I lost count of what they did wrong, but they included losing our banker\'s draft after we had moved in and asking for us to give them the money again, but of course not tell the landlady. Keith gave us a bottle of wine and then asked us not to tell the landlady. They lied about it being cleaned before we arrived, and brought round a prospective couple the day we moved in! Now that we are moving out, they bring people round without our permission and do not even apologise when we ask them why they have done this (as we were in bed at the time). They told the landlady that we had a guarantor when we never did. And today, lovely Keith asked my boyfriend if he had \'a job yet, or if he was still sponging off his girlfriend\'? (He didn\'t have a job when we were starting to apply for the flat) I have never encountered worse customer service, and you will not get a decent letting from this place. They are ridiculous.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Please read above statement. The members of staff could have done their jobs properly, not lost money, not interrupted us out of hours, not lied to our landlady, not mocked my partner, and much much more. They are laughable.
