AVOID THIS MOB!! After paying £300 for a holding fee on a property, and providing passports and wage slips etc for referencing, they then decided that they wanted to add a cleaning fee/clause to the agreement!!...I refused as this was not what was advertised. I then asked for a refund as they moved the goal posts and was told I would not be recieving one as "I" "pulled out". They are now saying that they had to "chase me" when in fact it took them two/three days to respond to emails and phone calls from myself, and are trying to say it cost the landlord rent!! This only happened over the space of two weeks so this is simply untrue, they take your holding fee, then move the goal posts and refuse to refund!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!....You will be able to read this in your local newspaper soon.
