REALLY DISAPPOINTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
On the 24th of April 2018 I wrote an email about one property: https://www.placebuzz.com/property-for-rent/details/18365008 (originally on http://www.rightmove.co.uk but now not available here)
Estate agent Paul called me back immediately and informed me about information which I required.
I asked him to arrange a time of viewing of property. Next day (25th of April) I SENT him an email again if he has got any news and after that he sent and email (in which copy I were also) to his colleague to manage it.
This appointment should arrange employee called Saskia.
Till Friday I had no information and feedback about my request.
So I HAD TO call to agency and asked about the situation.
I agreed with Saskia to call her today (30th of April) in the morning and make an appointment.
After this calling I were really disappointed and angry.
Basically, she informed that this property is not available anymore and on my question how it is possible and nobody informed me about this she answered that it is not available from Thursday!! (???)
I was shocked because on Friday this information was not given to me!!!!
Her excuse was that they were waiting for some confirmation or what.
Moreover, I have found out that I WERE NOT INFORMED in my first email from estate agent Paul about all fees (an I asked for it), because she also mentioned that in addition to rent, deposit, gas and admin fee it is necessary to pay another taxes.
She offered me another property which was approx 200 pounds more expensive or to register me.
To be honest, after this situation I did not believe in her service and also in THEIR services in general.
Also on my question where I can complain about her service she was not able to give me an adequate answer. So I had to find by my own.
In addition: no apologize from her side, answers like: OK..all right (UNPROFESSIONAL!!)
So, FIRST OF ALL, I was waiting from Tuesday for making an appointment and I had to call on Friday to ask about it. All the time it was ME who had to chase to see some progress
SECONDLY, I have not been acquainted with all necessary information.
Ant the LAST ONE, I was basically misled by all their service.
I am REALLY disappointed as approach of this employee(s) was SUCH an UNPROFESSIONAL .
