I spent my last academic year with this agency and if I had to sum up my experience overall in a single word, it would be HORRIBLE. The smallest problems stretch toward the absolute lack of respect and the complete rudeness of the manager, not only in the way that he speaks towards you but also the handling of anything. He helped me move my items from one property to another a couple of times, and both times he held no regard or respect in the handling of my belongings, literally THROWING them onto the floor without a care for damaging them. When telling him about a problem, he simply doesn't care. He will at best, come to the property, look at it and then leave and never addres it ever again so if you do come across any problems, don't hold your breath in it being solved any time soon. Hence why I just stopped in general informing this agency of any problems.

Also beware that this agency are not transparent in anything. They are shady in the way they handle everything and will walk into the property whenever they choose with no prior notice. So often and with so much tampering, I was worried random people had gotten into the house at some point. You will often find yourself minding your own business, then suddenly hearing the front door unlock and then many voices of people entering with no warning. It leaves an unpleasant feeling for some weeks, when you're wondering when the next time it will happen. If you ask the agency to provide notice as a response to random enterings of the property, they will just be rude to you and certainly not comply.

My time with this agency was littered with problem after problem and to finish for dessert, always expect a full serving of rudeness and lack of respect. Unreliable, shady and horrible. I endeavor that you steer clear.

I wasn't informed of the admin fees and at one point, redrawing a contract I wasn't informed of additional fees until AFTER and on the day when I was due to sign the contract.

I could write a dissertation and provide evidence of the poor service and experiences I have endured from this agency. The only highlight of it was Debbie who actually tried to communicate with respect, and she was an absolute delight.

As for leaving dirt and grime I can only assume you mean at the property that I was basically forced out of, and had to move within two hours notice where you then came to "clean" the property that I had scheduled to clean the following weekend, but your surprise visit and the mistake of double booking multiple tenants within a property meant I had no notice to do a general clean up. In addition, I hope you know that when the clients who lived in that property I was asked to leave due to the AGENCYS mistake, they did not clean any communal areas.

Im happy to speak to anybody who wants more information on my experience with this agency, with photographic evidence exchanges, the multiple false promises and lies and such. I dont know if you treated me worse simply for being a student or for ethnicity reasons but I am sure you have your fair share of people who do have pleasant experiences, however mine was not, and theres nothing wrong with me explaining my point of view.

A vindictive review from a vindictive tenant who caused problems throughout the academic year. Signed with a landlord, wanted to move (we moved her) then wanted to move back (We even helped her do so in our own vehicles) (thats when we must have allegedly dropped her items). Left a trail of dirt and grime in every property she lived. Even when all the other tenants had moved on (the ones she blamed for dirt) the place got dirtier. Emailed and texted in the early hours of morning for points best addressed in business hours. Unfortunately dont think this tenant will be happy anywhere.
