Awful service received and i have been with alot of estate agents. They dont turn up for viewing making you wait for over half an hour and you need to make calls to the office for updates. Your phone call is slammed down and the manager does not believe in customer service and ignores your calls AVOID this amateur place at all costs

This company is a joke. I had an issue with a tenant of theirs, who lived above me. They had an electric fan running which is fine but to leave it on overnight which was not only noisy but an obvious fire hazard. So I made a complaint. No reply! Then the director knocked on my door. He threatened me and said " I know how to solve this I'll put a big black Nigerian in there, that will sort the problem out". I could write a dissertation and provide evidence of the poor service and experiences I have endured from this agency. The only highlight of it was Debbie who actually tried to communicate with respect, and she was an absolute delight.
